The experience of a team
CARSA is an Independent Strategic Consultancy which, since 1987, has filled a major gap in the business fabric, placing at its customers’ disposal the experience of a team consisting entirely of Industrial Engineers, Telecommunications Engineers, IT Engineers and Graduates in Law, Marketing and Economics, who pursue their business in a manifestly horizontal structure, permitting an efficient and measurable response to the most demanding indicators. Since 1987, it has focused on services to public organisations and companies, with three main pillars: Innovation, Technology and Internationalisation.
The aim at CARSA is to provide modern consultancy services, with tangible results, offering all nature of solutions, for both SMEs and for public services, universities, etc. whereby a contribution is made to the steady improvement of the quality of the services offered by these organisations.
Quality policy
CARSA understands quality as a responsibility that lies not only with management, but also the company’s entire workforce in all its activities. Quality is defined as: "A process of continuous innovation that seeks the satisfaction of customers and company members, by means of the optimum and efficient fulfilment of their requirements, in addition to the search for new future or hidden needs, which the company may identify, in the light of its experience and involvement ".
In order to provide our customers with a fully satisfactory service, CARSA’s system of quality assurance complies with and is approved under Standard UNE EN ISO 9001:2000. This system is applicable to "Preparation and presentation of proposals to the European Commission for obtaining assistance for undertaking projects", prepared from its head office.
